Why BilliardCue
We are not a trading company. Every cue leaves our own 8,000 m² workshop in Taishan — the billiard capital of southern China — where wood selection, splicing, CNC tapering and final polish happen under one roof.
Our CF series shafts use 12.4 mm Japanese carbon tow with a foam core and a 0.4 mm ferrule, cutting cue-ball squirt by up to 38% versus solid maple.
Canadian hard rock maple, air-dried for 24 months to 6–8% moisture, then full-spliced into 4- and 8-point butts by craftsmen with 15+ years at the bench.
Pro tapers held to ±0.05 mm, weight-matched blanks within ±0.3 oz, and laser-measured straightness on every single shaft before packing.
Laser engraving, mother-of-pearl logo inlays, custom joint collars, retail-ready packaging and bilingual hangtags — from 50 pieces per model.
Same taper, same balance point, same hit. We archive the spec sheet of every order so your reorder in 2027 feels identical to the one in 2026.
FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP door-to-door with customs cleared. Cartons are drop-tested, and every shipment ships with a photo QC report.

Materials & craftsmanship
A cue is 58 inches of compromises. Change the ferrule material and the hit goes hollow; rush the drying and the butt warps in a container crossing the equator. We control every variable because we own every step.
Maple is graded by hand — only the straightest 12% of each log becomes a cue blank. Carbon tow is inspected for weave uniformity. Wraps are pressed at 60 °C so Irish linen never lifts in a humid pool hall.
FSC-certified, 24-month air drying, 6–8% final moisture content.
12.4 mm low-deflection shaft, foam core, 0.4 mm ferrule, matte finish.
Crack-resistant, dimensionally stable, tuned for a crisp or soft hit.
Pressed at 60 °C for a grip that stays dry in tropical halls.

Buyer feedback
“We tested four Chinese suppliers. BilliardCue was the only one whose third reorder still matched the first sample — same taper, same weight, same hit.”

50 pieces per model for stock designs, and 100 pieces for fully custom specifications. Mixed models can be combined in one order to reach the MOQ. Trial orders of 10–20 pieces are accepted for first-time buyers at a small surcharge.
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM service: laser engraving, silk-screen printing, mother-of-pearl logo inlays, custom joint collars, custom wraps, retail boxes, hangtags and barcodes. Artwork in AI, PDF or PSD is enough — no tooling fee above 200 pieces.
Samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 25–35 days depending on quantity and inlay complexity. Sea freight to Europe or the USA is 28–38 days; air freight is 5–8 days. We ship FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP.
Carbon fiber shafts are stiffer and lower in deflection, so they forgive off-centre hits and need almost no maintenance. Hard maple shafts feel warmer and are the traditional choice for American pool and Russian pyramid. Both are available with the same butt designs, so you can stock a mixed range.
Every shaft is roll-tested for straightness and measured for taper and weight before assembly. We photograph the QC process and send the report with the shipping documents. Any butt that warps within three years under normal play is replaced free of charge.
Yes — hard 1x1 to 3x5 cue cases, canvas roll-up cue bags and phenolic tournament ball sets (57.15 mm, 6-dot cue ball) are all produced in-house or by our vetted partner lines, so you can consolidate a full billiard container with one supplier.
Send us your spec sheet, artwork or just a photo of the cue you want to match. You will get a quotation, MOQ and lead time within 12 working hours.
